As a YONA Volunteer, you will assist with room set up, snack preparation and clean-up, general supervision and academic support. You may be asked to work one-on-one with students who need extra assistance, particularly if you have a background in education, music, or literacy. And if you have other hobbies or interests, YONA staff might consider asking you to share that with the students.

Due to our students' need for consistency, we ask that our volunteers commit to one shift per week. This allows for meaningful relationships to be built over time between YONA Volunteers and students.
